  They installed cabinets that were a different color than we'd agreed on. When we mentioned this, they disagreed and tried to tell us we had received the cabinets we ordered. Looking at the cabinets in our kitchen, and the ones we picked out in their showroom, any first grader could see they weren't the same...yet they kept saying they were. Finally, after much complaining and getting the owner out to our house, they finally agreed to the obvious. The owner promised to get new cabinets ordered quickly. But it took longer than the first time to get the new cabinets in. I understand everyone makes mistakes. If they had just acknowledged it and corrected it quickly, I would not be writing this review. But lying about it was not only infuriating but also meant a delay of a month just getting them to admit they had screwed up. And then, instead of expediting the new cabinets, they took excessively long to get them. And the sales lady who lied to us is still there. Apparently the owner condones her lying. Don't be surprised if they reply to this review and say that I'm a jerk and they did everything correctly. Don't believe it. I did have to express my anger forcefully at times to get them to get a clue. My contractor and I actually had to play "good cop, bad cop" at times to get them to respond. Even the owner ignored my contractors phone calls for several weeks.
