  Horrible! Order a leather couch. It arrived with the leather severely scratched. The store order another. I arrived three months later. This time a part of the leather couch (welting) was not sewn into the couch. Drivers took it back. Now, in January 2018, after an initial order 10 months earlier, the third couch arrived. Still the leather was scratched and damaged. This couch cost $5000 and the quality control of the manufacturer and store should have been greater.

  The customer service at this particular store is appalling. I don't even know where to begin with all of the hassle I experienced trying to purchase several pillows in the store and also making a purchase online to pick up in the store. It appears that no one communicates to one another. They are disorganized. There is no customer service training and there is a disconnect with their inventory management. Update: After a call to customer service, who then transferred me back to the Boca store, everything was finally straightened out by a helpful employee, Ana. She arranged to have the correct items delivered to me.
