  Ordered flowers days in advance to be delivered on Valentines Day to my girlfriend. The flowers were not delivered. I contacted the flower shop on Valentines Day in the afternoon as I was worried b/c the flowers had not been delivered yet. I was told there would be no issues and if there was someone would contact me. Flowers were not delivered on Valentines Day and no one contacted me. I had to call them the next day for an explanation which still didn't make much sense. They delivered the flowers the next day but this was probably the worst experience I have ever had when ordering flowers. Will not use them again and if you do use them I would advise to not use them on special occasions such as Valentines Day.

  Exceptional Flowers & Gifts was amazing! I ordered a bouquet of flowers the night before to surprise my girlfriend... they were delivered the next day before noon at her school! Simone was a pleasure to talk to on the phone & very knowledgeable. Excellent price! Excellent service! Excellent arrangement! Highly recommended!
