  My Husband and I bought our Platinum wedding rings at Harolds. His band was perfect and as ordered. My Ring with diamonds was beautiful but after wearing it for about a day I realized the stone seemed crooked in the setting. You could see with the naked eye that the main diamond was angled in a funny way in the setting I was worried that if the stone was set crooked it could possibly come loose. So I stopped into Harolds to have them take a look and hopefully they could remedy the situation. Several people there INCLUDING their "jeweler of thirty years" took a look and told me to my face my stone was perfectly fine. This made me feel ashamed and foolish and feel that maybe I was over reacting so I let it go and went home. It kept bothering me so I took it to 2 different professionals who told me that not only was my stone set crooked but was about 15-20 degrees off! So I had to use a independent craftsman reset my stone that HAROLDS had set crooked in first place. When resetting it this man discovered that not only was the center diamond off but one of the side ones too! I understand that jewelry is delicate and somewhat difficult to work with but what bothered me most was that when I went to Harolds for help they lied to me and made me feel like I was silly and didn't know what I was talking about. They obviously knew of the error but were too lazy to fix it in the first place. Subpar customer service.....if I wanted no frills service I would have ordered the rings off the internet or some mall jewelry shop. We will never step in that store again as all trust has been thrown out the window. Go to Tiffany's at Town Center 2 minutes down the road...I know we will take our business there.
