  Went into the Boca location to return the two watches my husband purchased for me for a Christmas gift. I had the gift receipt and original receipt in the boxes the sales girl placed them in, never opened. When I got there I was rudely told they only do store credit and when I asked where that information was displayed (as I know my husband would never knowingly purchase something I could not return) the gentlemen admittedly told me “there use to be a sign by the register but was taken down for other advertisements”. Ok, so what you are telling me is that you NEVER inform your customers of the return/exchange policy until after the purchase was made as its in fine print on the receipt and at that point there is nothing the customer can do about it anyway. His response to me... “he could have asked”. Terrible customer service and attitude to have as a sales person. Always inform customers especially in the holiday season. Pretty sad when these watches can be purchased at many other retailers and are able to be returned with NO problem but not from the actual store who owns the brand!! I would NEVER recommend shopping directly in the store. Good Luck surviving in the Boca Mall.

  The service was terrible. I walked in nobody offered to help me look at some of the watches. Had to ask and had a long wait until I got help . Finally when I got help the girl had a attitude and was not helpful at all and her coworker was just standing there daydreaming and staring at people, my friend left early because he was uncomfortable about how she was staring at him. Still ended up buying two watches from them and when the girl rung up my watches she let out a massive fart and the whole Area by the cash register smelt terrible. I thought there was going to be a mandatory evacuation. I couldn’t handle the smell so I had to walk out really fast after I bought my watches . I highly recommend nobody walk into that store.
