  I purchased a coffee maker from Mr. Coffee in March 2014, in June 2015, it suddenly stopped working. I called Mr. coffee, and in 4 days they shipped me a new one. Well, February 13, 2016, the new machine stopped working(suddenly). I called Mr coffee, spoke to a representative, who tried to help me find a machine that was comparable. After findng several machines with terrible reviews or out of stock, she finally said "I have other callers to get to, we have been on the phone for about 20 minutes, so after the headache of the 2 machines now, and zero help finding a replacement, after I asked for a voucher to obtain a machine at a store so I didn't have to go another morning without coffee, she said they don't do that. I want Jarden to know, i will never buy another Mr. Coffee product, I will post this on social media, and encourage my friends and family to also steer clear of this company.

  I am updating my review, they have agreed to send me the clips and extra filters, they should have done that is the first place but this is the solution. I ordered filters for my air purifier machine HAP9743 from their website. They do not fit my machine and need an adapter or clip from what my research has found. Their representative who has been going back and forth with me, and after me sending pictures refuse's to help me and says they fit. They do not fit without an adapter but Jarden will not help me resolve this issue so I can use my air purifier. All she had to do was send me what they call clips.
