  My family and I had a great experience here. We were greeted by Gina (whom I believe is the Manager.) She was very knowledgeable, helpful and not a pushy sales person. The store was clean and the puppies were happy and healthy. We decided on a Shih Tzu who we named Cannoli. She is a great puppy. We also had a great experience with Bradley. He was also knowledgeable and helpful. I was hesitant about buying a puppy vs adopting one but my fears were alleviated after I saw the excellent care that these puppies received. Thank you Gina and Bradley for helping make our family complete!

  Do not ever deal with these people! They are only after your money. Left a very large deposit for a dog and took our money. When we decided not to get the dog with a very good reason, they promised to give us our money back and then reneged. They kept offering excuses not to give out money back. Not even an offer for a store credit. They are ruthless and are only out for your money. Mean as hell and horrible people. Lied to us on several occasions. We are now dealing with an attorney and the authorities. It is only a matter or time that they will be shut down. Not just because of our experience. Extremely unethical in all aspects of their business. Place is extremely dirty and the dogs are let loose to run around. The owner does not respect and take care of her own local residents and dog lovers. Buyer beware.
