  The staff was proactive in helping me get the printer I was looking for at a price I found online. They communicated through wireless headsets to get this done quickly, efficiently, and with a smile. Very pleasant experience (and the Brother printer was a great buy, easy to set up, and works great.)

  All I needed was ink...and the first person I talked to said they would send a technician over to help...when he got there he was all bothered because all I had was my printer model number...not the cartridge number...after looking it up on his phone all they had was office depot brand...not authentic canon...after selection very limited at that...not to mention it costs more than the canon brand....that explains why no one ever goes to this store...wish I hadnt...just as well to go to the Walmart down the street
