  Clean place, decent selection and friendly staff... horrible manager! Purchased two poorly made dog toys yesterday for our calm dog that plays casually. Both toys were damaged within 15 minutes of play. Hey it happens, but normally toys last my dog up to 6-8 weeks. Went to return today, a day after I purchased, and was confronted by an extremely rude manager that didn’t want to hear my story and that lectured me that I should purchase bones for my overly aggressive dog instead of stuffed toys. Well, both the toys I purchased from this store were marketed right on the label as being tough and durable. That was not the case and so a refund should not be a problem, esp if the toys were returned within 24 hours of purchase. Regardless, she did give me a refund along with her poor customer service but made sure I knew it was a one time deal and that I was lucky she even did that. If you want to shop a chain pet store go Petco or Petsmart. Both refund dog toys without all the bs and have professional managers.
