  The worst experience I ever had ,No,one in the Boca store seems to know what the other person is doing. Never, told i needed brackets to attach my headboard to the bed. They ordered them and was told I would have them in a week. I called after a week and was told the brackets would be coming with the serviceman. Well he arrived at the scheduled, time with no brackets. He said he knows nothing about it. All deliveries come from Tampa. I called the store and was told they are checking. Meanwhile my headboard is just,sitting against the wall and I am so angry I am considering returning the bed. For something so expensive they better get their act together.
