  You folks out there that gave 5 stars you simply got lucky. A company that has just as many good reviews as there are bad ones shouldn't deserve your "5" stars just because "you" happen to get good service on that day. I know you are pleased and want to express your happiness to the world, I'm the same way, but if we ignore the bad reviews today you could be giving them a "1" star tomorrow, in your next purchase. A company this popular shouldn't allow all these bad complaints to exist. There will always be people out there that are never happy no matter what you do for them, but there are just too many bad reviews, and you know that's not good. My point is, I shouldn't have a good experience only because I got lucky, good customer service is way too important for a company this big to be lacking. My clients did not hesitate to purchase anything and no question on how much it would cost etc. they were just so happy to be there imagining how great it was going to be. Long story short (if that's possible) One of many items we purchased, a huge round 54" mirror - the glass came in totally shattered. It's been now more than a month and seems still Z Gallerie operations have no control of what's happening with the new delivery or when my client can expect the replacement to arrive. Terrible logistics. What makes this more sad is the low enthusiasm and professionalism of customer service (over the phone) to at least try to be a little more understanding and gracious and concerned, considering how patient my clients (Z Gallerie's Customers) have been all along. Stuff happens? Of course it does, but you guys have to do a better job than that if you want to stay in business. smh.

  Terrible terrible terrible online shopping experience of my life. Ordered $1,700 on 11/04, items showed shipped online with no tracking number. By 12/22 I had not received my items and had made about 10 calls with promises of call back (which never happened) they not only DID NOT deliver my items but also would not give me an ETA. When I requested a refund I was treated badly as if I was the one wrong. I was a huge store client, decorated 2 homes at the Boca Store with Bonny, who is a sweetheart. Will never step foot in that store again after my online experience. Very sad.
